PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION
DEPARTMENT
The Property Administration Department manages business office buildings, apartment buildings, commercial shops, urbanization, garages and private houses.
SERVICES:
Our company offers its services to:
a) Co-ownership of a building or any other type of horizontal property or common services (See Appendix A).

b) Owners of individual properties, either urban o rural.
The services we offer can be adapted to our client requirements, but basically we offer a comprehensive service that includes planning, management and follow-up of the necessary tasks needed to achieve a successful administration, including:
- Common expenses administration.
- Permanent and service Staff supervision, including payment of salaries and other labor costs.
- Payment collection in properties rented to third parties.
- Payment of national and municipal taxes.
- Contact and supervision of service and maintenance contracted to third parties.
